The experience was frustrating, especially with the rude staff. They were unhelpful, refusing to let me hang my towel anywhere and ignoring my questions about alternatives. The air-conditioning leaked and the bathroom had a terrible smell-definitely not worth it!

The hotel's decoration is simply lovely, with a charming and cozy ambiance that made me feel right at home. The general areas were well-maintained and provided a comfortable space to relax and socialize with other guests. As a senior woman, I appreciated the hotel's accessibility, with clear pathways and elevators that made it easy for me to navigate around the property.
The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is for the children working there to be more attentive to our needs and provide a little extra assistance.

The rooms at Siam Mansion-SHA are cozy and comfortable, with a private bathroom and all the necessary amenities. I loved the city view from my room, it was breathtaking and added to the overall experience. The air conditioning and flat-screen TV were perfect for a relaxing stay.
Personally, I found the balcony in the double room to be a bit small. However, others might still enjoy it, as it provides a nice outdoor space.

I was delighted with the elegant touch in the hotel's decoration. From the moment I entered, I felt like I was stepping into a luxurious oasis. The common areas were tastefully decorated with beautiful artwork and comfortable seating areas, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. As a senior woman, I appreciated the easy accessibility throughout the hotel. The hallways were wide and well-lit, and there were grab bars strategically placed in the bathrooms for added safety.
I do wish the hotel had offered more senior-friendly activities or amenities. While the staff was friendly and helpful, I would have loved to see organized outings or social events specifically tailored to the needs and interests of senior guests.

I chose Siam Mansion - Sha because it was conveniently located near the Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn Natural History Museum, which I was really looking forward to visiting. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the laundry facilities at the hotel. It was convenient to be able to do my laundry during my stay, and the facilities were well-maintained.
I stayed at Siam Mansion - Sha for the second time and unfortunately, there was a delay in checking into my room. I had to wait until 3.30pm because the previous guest checked out late.
